The Property

Wall-to-wall windows let sunlight stream in, highlighting the hardwood floors and open floor plan that detail the 1,840-square-foot interior. Comfortable seating and panoramic valley views beckon you to sit back and relax in your Finger Lake retreat.

The open floor plan living area boasts plush seating that invites you to gather in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Turn on the flat-screen satellite TV to watch your favorite movie while you unwind by the crackling fire. The living room is sure to be a centerpiece of your romantic Finger Lakes retreat.

Step into the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find rustic mountain charm blending perfectly with contemporary comfort. Wraparound counters, built-in cabinets and soaring window views will take your cooking to new heights. Pull up a seat to the breakfast bar or sit at the 6-person hardwood dining table to savor every bite of your delicious meals.

Prepare your favorite cocktail or pour out a glass from one of the local wineries and head out to one of the 3 furnished decks or balcony. Lounge under the umbrella at the 6-person table as you look out over the Italy Valley vista and fall foliage. As the sun begins to set, take a dip in the sunken hot tub or head over to the fire pit in the yard to roast s’mores.

"Just Perfect"

When booking a home like this it never seems like the real thing is as good as the photos, but this house is better. It was the perfect Valentine’s weekend getaway. Set a romantic wood fire under the beautiful custom stone mantle. Relax in the hot tub with its amazing view of the mountains or hundreds of stars on a clear night. The master bedroom is a stress-melting lodge experience, with more amazing views. Aside from a random car going by on the road below, the rest of the world completely disappears. Clearly, I cannot recommend this house more. Just perfect.

"Italy Valley Views"

“Really enjoyed our stay here. Very private location with wonderful views across the way to beautiful Italy Valley. Multiple decks to enjoy the view. We particularly enjoyed the main living level that you enter into with one big great room with a spacious kitchen, dining and living room area. Well appointed and had everything we needed to cook dinner in. Has a comfortable A/C system as when we were there it was reaching the 90’s every day. Would love to go back and stay a bit longer. Vacations and stays (4 nights) felt too short! Owner was great….even though there is a rental property company managing the home…the owner reached out via phone and e-mail and she was wonderful to speak with. Highly recommend staying here.”

“We were all really blown away by this place. I’ve stayed in a couple dozen Airbnb’s at this point, but this was the first one where I really felt the host cared about my stay. It’s things like a fully stocked kitchen with any cooking pans and serving bowls you could need. The little motion sensor nightlights around the house. The endless chopped wood for indoor fires which really became a center point of our stay. A large tv with streaming and of course a large hot tub. It’s a perfect stay for two couples looking to hike or go to wine country or just stay in playing games and cooking. We already decided we will be back.”
